What is a Moissanite Diamond
In reality, moissanite and diamond are two distinct gems. This is because the chemical make up for moissanite is different than that of a natural diamond. For this reason, moissanite is in its own category of precious stones.

Some Things to Keep in Mind
Similar to diamonds, moissanite can vary in clarity. Charles & Colvard® have trademarked three types of brilliance based on their color. Forever ClassicTM fits the range of J-K of the gem color scale and has faint undertones of green to yellow to gray. Forever Brilliant® is a near-colorless gem in the G-H-I range. At the end of the day, it comes down to preference and budget.
